Download Compaq Presario C734TU Windows XP Driver

You are recomended to:

1.Install chipset driver and restart
2. Install .Netframework 2.0 before Quiclaunch
3. If you have Intel Wireless you need to install window installer version 3.1 first

Instructions:
1. Click on Start and select Run. Now type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
2. Right click on "Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click Update driver.
3. Select "Install from a list or specific location"
4. Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"
5. Click Next and then select "Sound, video and game controller" from the list.
6. Click Next and then click Have Disk.
7. Click Browse C:\swsetup\sp36090 folder and the double click the V32 folder. Select the .inf file, click open and Continue with the onscreen instructions.

Similarly install Modem Drivers:

Conexant CX20548 Modem Driver:
Download

1.Right click on "Modem device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click Update driver.
2. Select "Install from a list or specific location"
3. Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"
4. Click Next and then select "Modem" from the list.
5. Click Next and then click Have Disk.
6. Click Browse C:\swsetup\sp36089 folder and select the .inf file and click open and Continue with the onscreen instructions.

Compaq Presario C771TU windows 7 Driver

The idea to get the drivers work is normally using the xp drivers and some of the drivers from microsoft update catalog for windows 7. Of course the direct installation will fail and we need to install manually from device manager. Anyway try to install the driver first and if you have problems  leave your comments

Instruction:
1.  after finish download, right click and select extract (u must have  winrar software) or just double click, it will extract the files. If  installation error appear, ignore it.
if you extarct using winrar, right click and select extarct files, then click ok, it will create a SP34386 folder.
if you double click the driver folder will located at c:\swsetup\sp34386.
2. open device manager (click start on the search box type DEVMGMT.MSC and press enter)
3. right click on audio with yellow mark, select update driver,
4. selecf browse my computer for device driver software.
5. select let me pick from a list of devices driver in my computer.
6.  next, select have disk, browse to the driver we extract earlier. select  the inf files and continue with on screen instruction.
